We are a condominium developer concentrating mainly on the Ortigas Center Business District in Pasig City, Metro Manila. We have been in this business for 2 decades now, starting with Amberland Plaza in 1987, followed shortly by Parc Chateau Condominium. In 1993, we renewed development activity, starting with Parc Royale Condominium. A year after, we ventured into office condominium starting with Prestige Tower Condominium. The following year gave birth to Tycoon Centre Condominium and One San Miguel Avenue Condominium, also for office use. All these projects are located within the same business district. In 1996, we also started developing Skyway Twin Towers Condominium, just a kilometer from the Ortigas Center. All these projects mentioned are now enjoying high occupancy rates, both residential and office condominiums. In 2006, we started development of our tallest edifice, the One Corporate Centre, a 45-storey/9-basement-levels office condominium, also in Ortigas Center. This project will soon see operation by 2010.
